The Chicago Bears don’t stack up well against either Seattle or Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Rams had a much needed bounce-back year in 2020. They were a bit sleepy in 2019 after a Super Bowl appearance in 2018 so seeing them play better in 2020 was cool. It also really helped the Bears get into the playoffs because they defeated the Arizona Cardinals in Week 17 to help the Bears get in over them. Now, they will travel up to Seattle to take on the Seahawks who are a hard team to read.

Seattle went into the season looking like an easy favorite to win the NFC. They still feel like a team, despite their awesome 12-4 record, that hasn’t reached their true potential. Russell Wilson is one of the top five best quarterbacks in the NFL so you have to expect him to perform well, especially in the playoffs. This is a battle of two teams who have made recent deep playoff runs.

The issue for the Rams is that Jared Goff may or may not play. If he does, how well can he play with his injury? Would it be smarter to start John Wolford, who had his first career start and win on Sunday, instead? It will be interesting to see what happens but it doesn’t seem to fall in their favor either way. If Goff was 100 percent healthy it would be easy to pick them as the upset winner but you have to go with Seattle in this one.

Prediction: Seattle – 34, Los Angeles, 28

It has certainly been an interesting year. The Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns are in the playoffs but the New England Patriots are not. There is a global pandemic keeping people from attending most team’s home games. All of that madness but we did make it to the playoffs when it looked for a while like the regular season would never finish. Now, we can sit back and hope our team doesn’t get completely embarrassed while the rest of the conference plays some fun games as well.
