3. Chicago Bears cornerback Kyle Fuller needs the game of his life

This season, Davante Adams has had himself seven 100-yard games and five multi-touchdown outings. He’s arguably been the best receiver in the NFL in 2020, and looks essentially matchup-proof. There’s no way around it. Adams has been dominant.

Funny enough, in the Packers’ first game against the Bears, Adams only caught six passes for 61 yards and a touchdown — a more modest game by comparison.

Sunday, the Packers will be playing for something. They want home field. Green Bay isn’t going to lay down. In fact, expect the best from Adams. If I’m Kyle Fuller, I’m prepping to have the game of my life.

This is one of the most important games in the Bears’ recent history for many reasons and several players. The matchup between Fuller and Adams is one to watch all game long, and it’ll be one regularly featured.

Adams has double-digit targets in all but three games this year, and one of those is November 29th against the Bears in which he had nine. This should go down as “the Kyle Fuller game,” if the Bears’ defense is going to stop the Packers’ lethal offense.

Plain and simple: Fuller needs to play lights-out Sunday afternoon.
