Who are some 2021 NFL Draft Prospects that the Chicago Bears should keep an eye on in the Rose Bowl?

While the Chicago Bears are clearly focused on finishing out the 2020 season, we also know that the Bears, like any other franchise, are looking ahead to the 2021 NFL Draft and the talent that will be available on all three days.

The 2021 NFL Draft is significant for the Bears for a number of reasons. First, the Bears are set to have a first-round pick. That means adding a day one starter who can become a significant contributor. Second, the Bears will also have second and third-round picks, meaning they can find additional starting talent or find players who can become starters down the road.

This year’s Rose Bowl, which features Notre Dame vs. Alabama, has a number of 2021 NFL Draft prospects which should interest the Bears. While we don’t know what exact needs the Bears will need to address during the 2021 offseason, we know that they could potentially be adding to wide receiver, quarterback, the offensive line, and some additional depth on defense at positions such as linebacker. That’s why the Bears need to be keeping an eye on the Rose Bowl.

Before examining which prospects the Bears should be keeping an eye on and why there is one rule to keep in mind: Each of the players listed are positions that the Bears could potentially address in 2021. Therefore, Alabama cornerback Patrick Surtain II isn’t listed because the Bears have Jaylon Johnson and Kyle Fuller. The same goes for running back Najee Harris.

By doing their homework on as many prospects as possible, Chicago has the opportunity to infuse an aging roster with young talent. With that said, who are some players that the Bears need to be keeping an eye on with the Rose Bowl just days away?
