Chicago Bulls: This is the perfect lineup for 2020-2021 season

Centers
Starter: Wendell Carter Jr.
So far, Donovan has his starting center hoisting three balls and doesn’t seem to want to shy away from it. If Carter ends up finding a rhythm from beyond the arc, watch out. He’s already looked like an up-and-coming center who can excel in multiple facets of the game. Add in a long distance shot, and you’ve got the potential for a true double-double machine that can pour in 20 points when he wants to.
Now, that’s obviously not the most likely scenario. Carter probably won’t become the legitimate threat outside, and he doesn’t have to. But, giving opposing centers something extra to think about when game-planning won’t hurt.
Next Man Up: Daniel Gafford
Noah Vonleh was recently cut. Luke Kornet isn’t the the ideal backup center — at least last year he showed absolutely nothing to warrant that title.
Daniel Gafford actually showed a lot of energy and potential as the backup big man. He’s got quite a bit more athleticism than Kornet and is a better rim protector when given the opportunity. Gafford should be out there spelling Carter.
