Within the first couple weeks of the season, we will find out very quickly what kind of team these Bulls are. Just how different will they look from a year ago, simply because of a coaching change?

The Los Angeles Lakers are one of a few matchups featuring some elite talent the Bulls will look to defend. After seeing Giannis, Russell Westbrook, Trae Young, Stephen Curry, Luka Doncic and Damian Lillard within the first two weeks or so, they have to travel to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers.
All the Lakers did after winning the championship this past year was reload for yet another run. Both LeBron James and Anthony Davis signed extensions to remain in Los Angeles, but the Lakers also added a plethora of additional talent around them.
Los Angeles traded for Dennis Schroder to replace Rajon Rondo and also brought in the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year in forward Montrezl Harrell. In addition, the Lakers signed center Marc Gasol and wing Wesley Matthews.
Chicago will have their hands full in this one, that’s for sure. They may not come away with the victory, but this will be all about how they play the Lakers. Will it be competitive? That’s the big question.
