The Chicago Bears need to move on from both Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy.

The Chicago Bears are an abysmal franchise. They have never really had any sustained success and have followed any good year they ever had with mediocrity. A lot of it has to do with bad front office management which is the case right now. Ted Phillips needs to be gone as the Team President because he hires the wrong people every time and it just isn’t working out. That also means that they need to get rid of both Matt Nagy and Ryan Pace at the same time.

Neither of them has done the best job possible for this Bears team. They were really good in year one together but have been borderline bad ever since. The Chicago Bears never fire anyone mid-season. It simply isn’t how they do business so anyone who thinks that is going to happen just needs to wait it out. These last five games of the season are not going to go well and people just need to accept it. They don’t have any continuity on offense and the defense is just tired.
