Trade One

The Chicago White Sox would love to add Kris Bryant. He is probably a plan B to George Springer amongst a couple of other free agents but you never know. Bryant’s value is at an all-time low so you never know how it is going to work out. If he did come to the White Sox, he certainly isn’t going to be playing third base. Yoan Moncada is a better baseball player in every way so Bryant would have to be switched around.

The most likely landing spot for Bryant is right-field. The White Sox have a need in that spot and he would fill it perfectly. If he reached his offensive potential, he would also be a great addition to the White Sox in the middle of their lineup.

The Cubs absolutely need more pitching prospects. Jonathan Stiever is one of those great ones that could develop into a stud one day. He currently sits as the White Sox number seven prospect and should be a full-time MLB pitcher in 2021. As for Gavin Sheets, he is the White Sox number ten prospect that plays first base. The Cubs would have to figure out how to use him as long as Anthony Rizzo is in the mix but we don’t even know how long that will be.
