Trade No. 3

Yet another part of the Knicks wanting to move up is the tidbit that has other teams requesting New York include RJ Barrett, Mitchell Robinson and the no. 8 pick to get into the top three picks.

The latest reports from NBA insider Chad Ford have the Knicks resisting such a hefty offer, but if you took Robinson out of the equation, maybe they would be willing to part with Barrett and the 8th pick in a deal to move up.

Out of any trade scenario yet, I like this one the most for the Bulls. They would move their fourth overall pick to the Knicks while obtaining both New York and Atlanta’s picks, giving them two picks in the top 10 at the 6th and 8th selections.

In addition, New York would send Barrett to Chicago, who immediately makes the Bulls’ back court one of the best up-and-coming back courts in all of basketball between he and Coby White.

Hot. Bulls: Possible LaVine trades with the Mavs. light

The Hawks want to add more talent, so if they miss out on Westbrook, maybe adding Zach LaVine next to Trae Young would be a nice consolation. Only having to give up the 6th overall pick to land a guy who’s clearly better than any player in this class makes a lot of sense for Atlanta.
