The Chicago Bears clearly have dysfunction in their organization based on comments made by Jimmy Graham.

The Chicago Bears are in over their head this season. After starting 5-1, it looked like they had a legit chance to compete for the best record in the NFC which would also lead to an NFC North Division title for the second time in three years. Now, they are 5-4 and don’t look like they are going anywhere. Things are a disaster and now there are worse than we could have imagined.

Because the offense is so bad, Matt Nagy has announced that he is no longer going to be calling the plays. Bill Lazor is going to take over the play-calling duties for their game against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday night. It is the right decision but it feels like it wasn’t made with everyone in mind.

Jimmy Graham has been one of the Bears’ most prominent players on their offense so far this year. He is in the twilight of his career but the Bears have featured him a lot in their offense. You would think that he is one of the first players that would find out about the decision but he seems genuinely surprised when it was brought up to him by the media.

For a player like him to be legit surprised and have no idea shows that this organization has no accountability. They don’t let everyone involved know about decision making. The fact that it is a decision that should have been made three weeks ago makes it even worse.

This is a team that has had dysfunction in their organization for a very long time. Everything they do turns out to be wrong. From Ryan Pace to Matt Nagy to some of the players, things need to change. They have become a laughing stock again and until things change the perception will be the reality.

Hot. The Chicago Bears should be looking at all QB options after the draft. light

The change probably isn’t going to make that much of a difference but it is worth a  shot. This is a very important game against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday night and if they lose they can pretty much say goodbye to any playoff hopes they had. Hopefully, after this season, they are able to bring in some people who change things around.
