Trade No. 2

If White, plus a couple of first-round picks isn’t enough, then the Bulls move to something maybe a little more enticing. Chicago could include an established player like Zach LaVine in the deal, along with Porter’s contract.

Of course, it would also take a couple of first rounders to go along with those guys in order to get Westbrook.

To make the money even out, the Rockets would also send wing Danuel House to Chicago. The 27-year-old averaged over 10 points and four rebounds per game in just over 30 minutes for the Rockets last year, so he comes with plenty of playing experience. House is used to a larger role, which would help in filling LaVine’s shoes.

Obviously, Westbrook and White would be the starting back court. However, the hole left on the wing would be filled with House at that point, which would immensely help the Bulls’ rotation.

For Houston, they get to try Harden at point guard once more — where he thrived just a couple of years ago. He and LaVine would be an exciting tandem, but Houston would still be left trying to find life after losing a top-10 player in Westbrook.
