Offense

The Chicago Bears named Mitchell Trubisky as their week one starting quarterback last week. He has great career numbers against the Detroit Lions so this isn’t that much of a surprise whether you agree with the decision or not. It also felt like they were never going to start with Foles and then go to Mitch if it didn’t work and it would be the other way around. Chances are Mitch will play well in this game and the team will have a chance to win as a result.

Mitch playing well should lead to plenty of opportunities for Allen Robinson. He is the best weapon that the Bears currently have on offense. He is going to be the main man that Trubisky looks for in the passing game and he should be able to connect a decent amount of times. He is even reliable in the red zone so you can even expect a touchdown or two from him in most games. He is going to be the one to lead the team this week.

He is playing without the contract extension that he is going to get so he might be motivated to perform even more now. He is probably going to get a lot of money because he is so good and being one of those game-breakers in this game might push him closer to the big time pay upgrade. They have some question marks at almost every other position on the offense so he is a safe bet as the week one Bears offensive player of the week.
