Robert Quinn will lead the team in sacks

The Chicago Bears did make one big acquisition outside of the draft this offseason. They added Robert Quinn from the Dallas Cowboys to come in and be an effective pass rusher. Hopefully, he is able to live up to that standard he has created for himself because he would make a great defense even better if he does. I predict he will lead the Chicago Bears in sacks for 2020.

That, in a lot of people’s minds, will be Khalil Mack. Make no mistake about it, Mack is the best player on the Chicago Bears. So why would I pick Quinn ahead of him in sacks? Well, that is because of the reputation of each player. There has been a lot of times where Mack is double and perhaps even triple-teamed which makes it hard for him to get to the quarterback.

Mack will still get his no matter what but I feel like in year one of Quinn on the Bears, he will be able to come in and make a major impact right away. If that happens, he is going to lead the team in sacks. The offense isn’t going to be that good this year so getting Quinn involved that heavy would be a major win.
