Obviously, by the above photo, Milwaukee Bucks head coach has been focused on the intensity that comes with making a run on an NBA Championship. Currently, the Bucks have their hands more than full with the Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat. But, they remain in the thick of the postseason and a favorite to come out of the East.

One of the things Ham brings to the Bulls and their young core is his understanding of what’s going on in the world right now. A couple of months ago, Ham opened up on a podcast about being a black man in today’s society and how it impacts him among his NBA coaching peers.

He is someone who has been there and done that as a player. He’s a guy who is invested in what’s happening in America and what the players are attempting to help bring change within. Ham, being a first-time head coach, would likely be able to connect much more with younger players. He would be able to help connect them on a much deeper level and bring the roster closer together amidst a chaotic society.

Of course, his coaching experience, specifically with. Milwaukee, is plenty enough to take the next step. He’s been around a winning team — a team. The Bucks are led by arguably the best player in the NBA, but Ham has been instrumental in assisting the rest of the key players step into their roles and buy into the system.

As one of the several assistants the Bulls have gained permission to speak with, Ham should find himself amongst the top guys available and would immediately make the Bulls a better organization.
