3. Za’Darius Smith and Preston Smith

If there’s anyone who took the NFC North by storm in 2019, its’ Za’Darius Smith, who the Packers signed as a free agent in 2019. Smith had an excellent first season in Green Bay, totaling 13.5 sacks, 37 quarterback hits, and 17 tackles for loss.

Smith’s running mate, on the other hand, Preston Smith, also had an excellent season. Reaching double-digit sacks for the first time in his career, Smith had 12 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, and 23 quarterback hits.

Dubbed the Smith brothers, if there’s one thing that’s clear, as this duo heads into 2020, they’ll look to produce much like they did in 2019, despite the circumstances surrounding what is expected to be the most uncertain season the NFL has ever seen.

As the Packers coasted to a 13-win season in 2019, it is worth noting that the Smith brothers were a big part of why the Packers experienced such a resurgence last year. While most Bears fans are writing off Green Bay in 2020 due to their offseason, the Smith brothers alone will make the Packers a team to watch in 2020.
