942. . G. Vegas Golden Knights. Robin Lehner. 90. player

Robin Lehner is very familiar with the Chicago Blackhawks organization. He was with them for the first three-quarters of the season before they dealt him to the Vegas Golden Knights. They didn’t know they would be given a chance at the playoffs because of COVID-19 but here we are. He is now going to have to face his former team in a playoff series.

The Golden Knights also have Marc Andre Fleury in the mix and it has yet to be determined who will get the nod come game one. Lehner did get two of the three goaltender starts in the round-robin play so it seems like he might be the guy despite them both being very good. There is a good chance that both of them get a chance to play and the coaches will go with the hot hand.

Corey Crawford is an unrestricted free agent for the Blackhawks after the season so they might need a goalie. Lehner is much younger and could have a lot more gas in the tank. Crawford is an all-time great Blackhawks goalie but Lehner is probably a better option for the future. If the price is right, they should absolutely try and bring him back.
