1. Detroit Lions

While the NFC North is chock full of talented wideouts, a case could be made for Kenny Golladay to be the most well-rounded of all of them. Last season, while he fell fairly short of Robinson or Adams’ reception total (65 catches in 2019) he still scored 11 touchdowns and ended with more yards than either one of them (1,190).

Speaking solely on Golladay, you’re looking at a freak show catch and a big play waiting to happen at any point in time. He’s a frightening deep threat with the size and leaping ability to go up and grab just about any ball. In fact, the above photo is a still-frame Lions see on a weekly basis from Gollady. He’s a ridiculous athlete.

From Golladay, you then have one of the best no. 2 wide receivers in the league in Marvin Jones, who caught 62 passes for 779 yards and nine touchdowns (still more scores than Robinson and Adams).

For a number two option to catch nearly double-digit touchdowns and your number one scores 11, that’s quite the luxury.

Beyond those two, the Lions have the sure-handed Danny Amendola, who is a fine number three option at this stage if he is healthy. That’s been the problem, though.

Detroit also scored rookie Quintez Cephus out of Wisconsin as a later pick, who might come in and surprise down the line as another big play waiting to happen. Overall, Detroit has what I believe to be the best all around receiving core based on what we know right now. Will the Bears catch up?
