2. WR Anthony Miller

Here’s a fact you probably didn’t know: As a rookie in 2018, Anthony Miller led the Bears with seven receiving touchdowns. Then came 2019, when many thought Miller would take the next step and become Allen Robinson‘s sidekick.

However, in 2019, Miller would start the season slow before finally finishing the second half of the season strong. During the slump to start his sophomore season, he’d run wrong routes which led to interceptions and display erratic behavior that would end up costing the Bears penalties and sometimes games.

Keep in mind that when the Bears drafted Miller, they gave up a 2019 second-round pick to do so because they saw something special in a player who was once a walk-on at the University of Memphis.

With 52 receptions in 2019 for 656 yards and just two touchdowns, Miller still showed flashes of the player he could eventually become. However, many are left wondering what he’ll do in 2020, considering he’s eligible to sign an extension in 2021. The clock hasn’t totally run out for Miller but typically, by the end of an NFL player’s third season, there is enough tape on a player to tell whether or not he’ll have a good career.
