C. Chicago Blackhawks. Kirby Dach. 77. player. 94.

Kirby Dach was the third overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft. He had himself a very nice rookie season with the Chicago Blackhawks. The points weren’t incredible but he showed that he belongs in the National Hockey League. He was one of the league’s youngest players in the 2019-20 season which also shows how impressive he was. With a lot more development, he can evolve into one of the team’s top players.

Dach could be a center that gets the right to play with Patrick Kane. It would really help him along as he learns the beast that is the NHL playoffs. It would just be the “play-in” series against the Edmonton Oilers at first but it still will likely be an intense battle as the playoffs always are. Dach would probably see some tougher matchups from the opposition if he played with Kane but Kane’s abilities would be able to help him.

Whoever is Kane’s centerman will likely see a lot of Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. That would free up the ability for Colliton to match some other players up against Connor McDavid or Leon Draisaitl if he chose to do so. Dach could gain some valuable experience on a line with Kane in the game’s most intense setting.
