Trade One

The Chicago Bears would be wise to make this trade. Dak Prescott is a far superior quarterback to anything the Bears have. That is why letting Mitchell Trubisky, a second-round pick, and a fourth-round pick go for him would be great. Dak isn’t a top-five guy but he did have 4900 yards in 2019 which would be just enough for this Bears team. If you placed him right in the middle of this team’s offense he might really reach his top potential while putting the Bears over the top.

Let’s be honest, the Bears have done little to nothing with their second-round picks in recent years anyway so giving up this one along with a fourth is totally worth it. As long as Ryan Pace is the GM, draft picks have a lot less value than if someone else was in place. Sure, there have been some late-round gems but mostly negative memories when it comes to his drafting.

As for Trubisky, him going to Dallas might be a way to get him a fresh start. They were 8-8 with Prescott having a fine season so they probably shouldn’t be spending all that money on him anyway. They should be using it elsewhere and finding someone else to be the quarterback. Trubisky probably won’t be their answer but he would be a whole lot cheaper.
