3. Competition at wide receiver

After Allen Robinson and Anthony Miller, things get shaky for the Bears wide receiver room. Ted Ginn Jr., Javon Wims, Darnell Mooney, and Riley Ridley all have a shot to make the roster. However, many think that either Ridley or Wims will be cut.

The reality is that the Bears may decide to carry just five wide receivers on the roster. As of right now, Miller and Robinson are guaranteed spots. Ginn Jr., along with Mooney should make the roster as well considering they bring speed to the offense and can play in the slot.

This means that the final roster spot could be either Wims or Ridley. What makes this final roster spot hard to decide on is the fact that in 2019, neither Wims or Ridley received significant playing time. In six starts, Wims averaged just 10.3 yards per reception while Ridley had just six receptions averaging 11.5 yards per reception.
