1. RB D’Andre Swift, Georgia

If the Bears want to add speed to the offense, then adding a guy like D’Andre Swift is now a possibility. Many thought that Swift would be the first running back off the board. However, he wasn’t drafted and now the Bears have a chance to pair him up with David Montgomery.

What makes Swift such an intriguing prospect is the fact that he’s got great contact balance, vision, and is very solid in pass protection. He sees the entire field and is able to be a workhorse running back for any NFL team.

The one thing that’s a red flag when it comes to Swift is the amount of tread on his tires. During a three-year period at Georgia, Swift rushed for 2885 yards, averaging 6.6. yards per carry. He made an impact in the receiving game as well with 73 receptions with 666 yards, averaging 9.1 yards per carry.

Swift should be an option at 43rd overall since he’s the perfect complement to Montgomery. Pairing the two up together could form one of the best running back duos in the NFL over the next few years.
