The Chicago Bears will likely take a wide receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft, so we take a final look at ranking the prospects, including if they make a trade.

It’s NFL Draft week, folks. Finally, we have something real and something tangible to experience live. It might be virtual, but the excitement is there. For the Chicago Bears and their fans, this draft should be an interesting one where the team likely doesn’t stay put with where they’re at.

In fact, I’d bet on a trade. General manager Ryan Pace has made several draft day deals in his time with the Bears. Some have worked out, while others — well, let’s not go there.

The team currently has a need at wide receiver, but how big is that need? I suppose this weekend will tell us a lot about how the team feels about two key guys: Javon Wims and Riley Ridley. Wims looks a whole lot better than his seventh-round draft placement. I think he deserves more playing time, and I think he gets it this coming season.

Ridley, meanwhile, wasn’t given much opportunity to see the field last season. Depending on how this draft goes, it might prove that the Bears have less faith in last year’s fourth-round pick than most would have thought a year ago.

One thing is almost certain, and that’s the Bears taking a receiver in this year’s draft. The big question is, where does Pace snag one? There are some phenomenal talents available earlier on in the draft, and they might be too enticing to pass up. But, there are also some potential gems later on.

Before we kick things off, let me remind you one important detail: The following are just a few receivers ranked per round, focusing in on the best fits for Chicago.
