Rounds 3/4

The third and fourth rounds will be interesting, because if the Bears do not trade back, they could be hoping someone falls to the fifth. That said, I truly believe Pace is going to trade back with one of his second rounders. If he does, these three guys would be ideal in the third and fourth rounds.

More from Da Windy City

1. Anthony Gordon, Washington State

2. James Morgan, Florida International

3. Jake Fromm, Georgia

Out of all of them, I think Anthony Gordon is has the most upside. Already, Gordon has some of the best traits you could ask for in a quarterback.

His throwing motion is incredibly smooth, with a superior release. His entire motion to release is beautiful to watch, and he throws with such elegance and touch. What’s more impressive, though, is that he has the wherewithal to go through his progressions even as a youngster. That’s something we’ve not seen consistently from Mitchell Trubisky.

James Morgan is incredibly intelligent and can run a pro style offense. Jake Fromm is accurate, but lacks the arm you’d like to see at the pro level. Each has their strengths and I think either one would be a value in the fourth round. However, Gordon is the guy to take here.
