Chicago Blackhawks: Potential 2020 Free Agent Adds Part II

The Chicago Blackhawks need some help this summer in order to maximize their star power. There are plenty of options out there in free agency.

If the Chicago Blackhawks want to make a big splash in free agency this upcoming offseason, they might need to make some trades or figure out ways to clear some cap space. They need some help at a bunch of different positions and there are some solid players out there for the taking. We don’t exactly know how the NHL is going to rule the end of the season but when they do, there is a chance that the Blackhawks are active.

We already went over some players that they could pick up in part I of free agents to look at. In this one there will be three more names that the Hawks can look at that weren’t named last time. There are goaltenders, defensemen, and forwards of different skill levels that the Hawks could really use.

They still have some legendary players in their prime like Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane, and Duncan Keith that need help. There are also some young studs like Adam Boqvist, Kirby Dach, and Alex DeBrincat in the mix that can help move this franchise forward. With that all said, they still need some help. The bottom fell out of this lineup after the 2017 season so adding some more players to this group is pivotal to this team getting back to the playoffs.

If the Hawks have a strong draft and make a key trade that leads to a solid free agent signing, this team might have a legit chance at the playoffs. This management team has had an ugly stretch in recent years but these are another three free agents they can look to bring in:
