5. Sign Marcus Morris

Here it is; your starting five. The Bulls sign Marcus Morris and their starting lineup now includes Coby White, Zach LaVine, Morris, Davis and Wendell Carter.

Every team needs a guy like Morris on the roster. He’s a savvy veteran who can score and rebound, plus he brings an attitude and a little physicality to the court. For a while now, he’s been highly underrated. On a team like the Bulls, his skills would be used well.

At that point, it’s all on figuring out what to do with guys like Kris Dunn, Denzel Valentine, Luke Kornet and Tomas Satoransky. Who will stick around? Who will Karnisovas try and run out of town?

You have to believe Daniel Gafford isn’t going anywhere. He’s going to become a nice bench cog. For now, the same can probably be said about Chandler Hutchison.

This team will continue to look like a youth movement, but I think bringing in a big name and the right veteran or two is smart. Will any of this happen? Who knows. Would it be ideal? Absolutely.
