Chicago Bulls: 5 moves to make following Arturas Karnisovas hire
By Ryan Heckman
1. Fire Jim Boylen, find successor
It is pretty much a done deal at this point that Karnisovas is going to rid the Bulls of head coach Jim Boylen, and I don’t think there is anything which will change his mind. As soon as it was announced the Bulls would begin searching for a new high-level executive, Boylen’s days were numbered.

So, the first order of business is easy: Fire Boylen.
Of course, then it is up to Karnisovas to pick a replacement. There are plenty of notable names out there whom are available, and some which would be linked to the new man in charge.
Whoever it is that Karnisovas decides to come in and coach the Bulls has to bring a younger, more modern approach to the team. This roster is young enough and already possesses some solid core pieces, and Boylen had no idea how to coach them.
One guy I would keep my eye on is Adrian Griffin, who has ties to Karnisovas. Currently, Griffin is an assistant coach with the Toronto Raptors, coming off an NBA title a year ago. Both he and Karnisovas played college ball together at Seton Hall.
