In our latest 2020 NFL Mock Draft for the Chicago Bears, the team sacrifices for a quarterback once again, this time solidifying the position.

Three years ago, Chicago Bears fans were preparing for what should have been one heck of a draft. General manager Ryan Pace had the number three overall pick and plenty of options at hand.

As the story goes, instead of snagging Deshaun Watson or Patrick Mahomes, Pace traded up one spot to get Mitchell Trubisky, who came with plenty of question marks. Fast forward to present day, and many of those questions now look legitimate. Maybe we didn’t see enough of him in college, after all.

Maybe he’s just not that good. Sure, Trubisky has shown flashes of great play. But, replicating it over and over again has been the issue. Now, the Bears have another quarterback in house. Making a move for a veteran like Nick Foles was necessary to give Trubisky a little fire beneath his seat.

Still, if Trubisky isn’t the guy and Foles is just a band-aid, what happens a couple of years down the line? Heck, what happens next year?

This roster is loaded with talent, especially on defense. They just need the right quarterback to lead this franchise going forward.

In the upcoming 2020 NFL Draft, the Bears, of course, do not have picks in the first, third or fourth rounds. But, that’s all about to change in our latest mock. We all want to see Pace stop at nothing to solidify the most important position in football, right?

So, let’s get a little crazy. Here we go.
