The Chicago Bears already have limited picks for the 2020 NFL Draft, but there are a few players and situations worth moving up for.

There is a good chunk of players who would look great at picks 43 and 50 for the Chicago Bears.

Each year, the same thing happens. Leading up to the draft, a good 50 players or so will be pegged as sure-fire first-round talents. For a team like the Bears, that’s a great thing.

Simple math makes it obvious. There are only 32 picks in the first round. That means, there will be a real good amount of players which could have been pegged first-round prospects whom fall to the second round. Thankfully, in this situation, we’re talking about a Bears team with two second-round picks.

General manager Ryan Pace has made a habit of wheeling and dealing on draft day. In fact, he’s done so dramatically in his last three drafts. Of course, 2017 was the infamous Mitchell Trubisky trade.

But, in the last two drafts, Pace has moved up to get both Anthony Miller and David Montgomery. Now, even with limited capital this year, could Pace move up again?

I wouldn’t put it past him, that’s for certain. But, rather than moving up from pick 43, Pace could also choose to move up into either the third or fourth round. There could easily be some strong fits with the Bears in either round, depending on which players might fall.

I’ll take a look at five particular scenarios where certain players are available, and in each case, the Bears move up to snag them. Who are those players and what would a reasonable cost be? Let’s get to it.
