Chicago Bears: 3 trades to consider with Tampa Bay Buccaneers
By Ryan Heckman
Trade No. 1
Last year, the interior of the Bucs’ offensive line was pretty solid for the most part. But, if you look at several experts’ opinions and outlets, many have the Bucs needing help at tackle.
Now, I know Charles Leno had a down year in 2019, but he was very good in 2018. Some Bears fans may want to give up on him, and that opinion is justified. But, there is no telling what kind of player somebody can become when working with one of the greatest players of all-time, like Brady.
Lots of folks like the Bears to add depth at offensive tackle and guard in this draft. If they chose to keep both second-round picks, they very well could address both positions that early on. Is it likely? Probably not. But, there will be some very good talent available at picks 43 and 50.
Leno would get a fresh start in Tampa, and the Bears get a fourth-round pick back — much higher than the one they dealt to Jacksonville for Nick Foles.
