A change of scenery

Mitchell Trubisky needs a change of scenery. There were a lot of high hopes for him with him being the second overall pick. He was also taken ahead of Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson who look like they are both going to be top five players. He is already on the outs with the fans and he probably isn’t going to ever reach his potential with the Bears.

He needs to go to a team that will help him have a chance to resurrect his career. He was taken with the second overall pick for a reason and that reason is his raw talent. He just hasn’t been able to put those tools together consistently as a member of the Bears. There are plenty of other teams out there that might be able to do something with him.

Obviously, a team like the New England Patriots come to mind because they have the greatest coach to ever live who might be able to help him. There are also teams out there with really good starters that need a good backup and Trubisky can learn from them. There have been plenty of cases where guys go on to come in relief of other guys and that lands them a starting position somewhere else. If Trubisky gets a fresh start somewhere, there is no telling how it would go for him.
