The Baltimore Ravens are one of the elite teams in the National Football League. They have the reigning MVP in Lamar Jackson as their quarterback but they could certainly use a former starter as his backup. The way Jackson plays the game might lead to some injury trouble down the line which would make it a good idea for Baltimore to have a solid backup plan.

Trubisky isn’t the best quarterback we’ve ever seen but he is worth a fourth-round pick for a Super Bowl contender that needs a backup to their MVP. As mentioned before, that fourth-round pick that the Bears gave up for Nick Foles coming back from another team would be very valuable. If the Bears can get that back for a guy like Mitch to go be someone else’s backup, it would be a win for Chicago.

The Ravens just need to figure out the first round of the playoffs and they will be all good. Jackson hasn’t been all that good in his two playoff appearances but at least he gets them there. They are going to be a great team once again in 2020, especially after their recent defensive additions, but they need to make sure that they have a plan in case — God forbid — Jackson got hurt.
