Kevin Rizzo Content

Everyone should go take a look at Anthony Rizzo‘s social media.

Last year, Rizzo and his wife Emily adopted a little Dachshund named Kevin. Do we need to say anything else?

The World Health Organization announced today that dogs cannot spread the coronavirus, so that’s good news to anyone with pets like Rizzo.

Finally, some positive news in 2020.

Fortunately for all of us, it’s likely that Rizzo should have some more time with Kevin while baseball is suspended. Hopefully some of that time is shared with us fans on social media, as we’ll need something to brighten our days during the absence of the Cubs and the game we love.

Rizzo has already posted some adorable photos and videos of Kevin like the ones above. In all honesty, we never thought we’d be writing an article about a dog on social media a month into spring training, but when there’s quite literally not a single pro sport happening in the US, there’s not much else to talk about.

Besides, how could a happy little wiener dog possibly fail to cheer one up, even in the darkness of 2020?

And if Rizzo doesn’t deliver enough Kevin content, we can always just resort to Googling photos of dogs in Cubs gear.
