Liquid Courage

Pro tip: MLB actually sells team wine bottles, and there’s numerous ones that you can purchase on MLB.com.

No, seriously.

What better way to cope with a global pandemic than with a glass of wine straight out of a beautiful bottle adorned with that gorgeous red, white and blue logo on it?

Studies suggest that a glass of red wine helps you relax. It’s science, and you can’t argue with science.

They have red wine. They have white wine. They don’t have any blue wine, but maybe we can get working on that to really embrace the Cubby-ness of those liquid grapes. Although we should definitely focus on that global pandemic before we start altering wine colors.

They even sold World Series championship wine and champagne after the Cubs won it all. Just something to keep in mind the next time that W flag is flying at Wrigley Field in November.

For those old school Cubs fans who prefer to stick with the timeless pair of beer and baseball, there’s also the option of an ice cold Old Style to bring you back to the glory days of the Cubs and Old Style beers on a warm summer day.

The team sucked then, but at least you couldn’t go wrong with a cold beer at the Friendly Confines.

Whatever you prefer, we recommend having a bottle or two nearby for the coming weeks.
