3. OG Graham Glasgow, Detroit Lions

This is the biggest name on this list and the one that will be the most expensive. The Bears need to figure out the right guard position now that Kyle Long is retired. Rashaad Coward and Alex Bars just won’t get the job done going into 2020.

A native of Aurora, Illinois, the thought of returning home to play for the Bears could be too enticing for Graham Glasgow to pass up. While he is likely the one player on this list who’d command upwards of $10 million dollars a year, he’d be worth the investment.

A third-round pick back in 2016, Glasgow could easily be the Bears biggest free agent acquisition of 2020. He’d step in right away and have an impact at right guard. He’s also proved to be relatively healthy, starting every game from 2017 until 2019.

A contract for Glasgow would likely be a four-year deal worth $55 million dollars. This would mean that he’d be making about $13.75 million dollars a year. While some would say that this is too much money, he’s worth taking a chance on since he’d fill a major need.
