1. Ricky Seals-Jones

By the time free agency starts, Ricky Seals-Jones will have just turned 25 years old. Already having played for two teams in his young, three-year career, Seals-Jones is still looking for a permanent home.

To be fair, he has played on some pretty unattractive teams to start his journey as a pro. For two years, he began his career with the Arizona Cardinals, who were a train wreck of an organization. Of course, they drafted Kyler Murray the year they moved on from Seals-Jones, so he never got a chance to play with the no. 1 overall pick.

Last year, Seals-Jones filled in for David Njoku on a Cleveland Browns team which severely underachieved. As a backup, and with a struggling Baker Mayfield, Seals-Jones ended his 2019 season with 14 receptions for 229 yards and four touchdowns.

The 6-foot-5 former Texas A&M product would definitely give the Bears a good-sized, athletic guy at the position. He’s capable of going up and grabbing jump balls, and possesses better speed than the Bears currently have at the tight end spot.

In three seasons in the NFL, Seals-Jones has caught 60 passes for 773 yards and eight touchdowns.
