The Chicago Blackhawks are in good shape right now as they control their own destiny. They could use some help at the trade deadline to get there.

The Chicago Blackhawks are looking to stay competitive in the Western Conference Wild Card race. They have won more than they’ve lost since the calendar flipped to 2020 and that has gotten them in that bubble conversation. There are still some other teams in the exact same position so the Blackhawks should be looking to improve if they are serious about making it to the playoffs.

There are some teams that are pretty well out of it in the Eastern Conference. The East is very competitive so the teams at the bottom really have no chance at this point. The only reason the New York Rangers are even as little as ten points out is the play of Artemi Panarin. The former Blackhawks star would be in the conversation for the Hart Trophy if the Rangers were a little better as a team. As a result of their poor season, the Rangers are probably going to be looking to move some of their expiring contracts.

They have some really good players that should be available for other teams to look at around the trade deadline. There are always guys who are on bad teams who would be a perfect fit on a team looking to make a playoff run. These three players would be a perfect fit on the Chicago Blackhawks:
