3. Anthony Harris, Safety, Minnesota Vikings

Since the injury to Andrew Sendejo last season, Anthony Harris has taken the starting job in Minnesota and ran with it. In 25 games started, Harris has totaled 10 interceptions.

Including the playoffs, Harris has seven interceptions this season. He’s turned into quite the ball hawk, which is something the Bears lacked this year — although, placing Eddie Jackson back at free safety may help that.

To put it in perspective, the Bears had a total of 10 interceptions as a team last year. They need to get back to that type of defense in 2020, and Harris would be one heck of an addition. The only problem is, he will come as expensive as just about any safety on the free agent market this offseason. Following his 2019 campaign, he’s more of a household name than ever.

A couple of other strong numbers: Harris totaled seven tackles in three different games this season while also adding a total of 11 passes defended.

Just the thought of placing Harris and Jackson together as a tandem should excite Bears fans. We’ll see where Pace decides to spend money.
