With the 2019 NFL season officially past the halfway point, it’s time for a 2020 Chicago Bears NFL Mock Draft.

While the Chicago Bears continue their 2019 season, the front office and scouting department continues to look ahead to the 2020 NFL offseason and more specifically, the 2020 NFL Draft. The 2020 draft class is interesting for a variety of reasons.

First, this is a class that is deep at positions such as defensive back and offensive tackle, both of which are needs that the Bears will need to address in 2020. While the Bears could address

Then, there’s plenty of players that could step in and immediately help the Bears either as a starter or as a rotational depth player. Positons the Bears could target include linebacker, defensive lineman, and quarterback.

As of right now, the Bears only have seven draft picks in 2020. Once the NFL awards compensatory picks in the offseason, the Bears will likely end up with eight picks. With the extra pick projected to be a fourth-round selection, there’s no knowing what the Bears will do with said pick. In fact, with two second-rounders, it’s not hard to envision the Bears trading up into the first-round and including that extra fourth-round to sweeten the deal.

With that said, there are a few things to note about this mock draft. First, this mock draft only includes seven draft picks. Second, every selection you see here is based on two things: Needs or best player available. Let’s get to drafting shall we?
