2. Draymond Green

The Bulls need a player with championship experience to vault them to contention. Perhaps no player on the market next year will have more experience than Draymond Green.

Green is a three-time champion with the Golden State Warriors. He provides a triple-double threat every night and is the type of personality that a locker room needs in order to win a championship.

Additionally, he can play up to three positions on the floor. Green’s versatility would make him a top target for the Bulls, as they wouldn’t need to part with a young player in the rotation in order to make room for Green, rather Green would almost make room for himself.

Green would be a candidate for a maximum contract, so the Bulls would probably need to see improvement out of any other player before they take a chance on Green. Green is a spectacular player and a bonafide superstar, but there is doubt that he would be able to be the best player on a championship team.

If the Bulls get the improvement that they need, then they should have Green at the top of their list. Green would be the finishing touch on a championship-caliber roster, and if the Warriors struggle to return to the Finals this season, then I have a feeling that Green would not totally be against leaving town in favor of more money and a change of scenery closer to home.

Green in a Bulls uniform would be a different look, but I think it’s a look that would be beneficial to the Bulls aiming for a championship.
