Tier 4 Free Agents

Jayson Tatum — Restricted

Tatum is one of several forwards the Bulls could choose to go after. We will see how Kemba Walker and the Celtics do over the course of the next two years and if he ends up being a key to Tatum’s development.

More from Da Windy City

Kyle Kuzma — Restricted

The infamous name in which the Lakers would not include in a trade for Anthony Davis, Kuzma’s future might end up in the hands of LeBron James. If the Lakers can keep LeBron around for a few years, Kuzma could end up leaving if he costs too much. We all know LeBron is a recruiter and will continue to attract other big names, and Kuzma would be on the outside looking in if that’s the case.

Steven Adams — Unrestricted

As one of the most underrated players in all of basketball, Adams is one of my favorite big men in the game today. He’s a tough, physical player who is a true center — which is rare nowadays.

Mike Conley — Player Option

Conley is included in Tier 4 because of his age. By 2021, he will be 33 years old and desperately wanting to win a title if he hasn’t already.

Chris Paul — Player Option

Like Conley, Paul is aging and will be 36 when the summer of 2021 rolls around. At that point, he likely will have fallen even further.
