Chicago White Sox: Positives and negatives from Texas series
Positives
Despite losing the series, there were some positives to build on for the White Sox. There were certain individuals that had great performances despite the lack of team success. That is important when you are a young team that goes through ups and downs in a season.

Tim Anderson specifically had an awesome series over his birthday weekend. He had two hits in the first game, three in the second game, and one in the last game. Anderson is having just a sensational season and this series was no exception.
They had a real chance to win the game on Saturday and you can almost completely give credit to Anderson for that being the case. As long as Anderson can keep growing as a player, the Whtie Sox are so set at shortstop.
The good thing is that along with Anderson, Yoan Moncada, and Eloy Jimenez had awesome series’ themselves and that is how the White Sox need to see things going forward.
Those are the three position players they will build their lineup around so this season is a huge building point for all of those guys. The White Sox really need to build on these three guys if they have any hope of winning their next series against the champs.
