Chicago White Sox do the right thing to protect their fans

The Chicago White Sox became the first team in Major League Baseball to make this huge change and it is awesome to see them protect their fans.

The Chicago White Sox decided to do the right thing and announced that they will add protective netting all the way down to each foul pole at Guaranteed Rate Field. This is a reaction to many fans in the stands taking foul balls to the heads or any dangerous spot and the possibility of being injured by one.

This is especially good news when you think about young children. Baseball is a kids game first and for most and it is extremely important that people can bring their kids to the ballpark and be guaranteed a safe environment.

The fans are the most important thing for the game because they make it all possible. Without the revenue, they contribute there is no Major League Baseball so it is important that you do what you need to keep them coming back.

The White Sox are the first team in Major League Baseball to make this move corresponding to a few recent events that caused some fans to get injured. It is good to see this organization step up and be the leaders of an important movement. Now that the White Sox have committed to it you should see pretty much every other team commit to the same change. You will be able to remember that the White Sox were the first team to put their fans first.

The White Sox are so close to being an elite team so this stadium will be packed every night when they are a consistent winner and every fan will be safe of extremely dangerous foul balls. The view behind netting isn’t that bad and you get used to it so fast. This will be no issue to the vision of the game and it will help everyone be safe.
