Point Guard Kris Dunn
Commitment Level: 20%
At this point, I think the Bulls are only holding onto Kris Dunn because they have no choice. Dunn is under contract and there are no potential trade partners out there, unless a bigger package was created and Dunn left town with somebody else.
One of the biggest storylines this offseason, for the Bulls, has been the “point guard problem.” It is a known fact that this young core is fun to watch and boasts a ton of upside. But, the issue is that Chicago lacks a consistent, competent point guard to help facilitate the offense.
Dunn has never shot over 43 percent from the field in his three years as a pro. Nor is he even a strong free throw shooter (72.3 percent over his career).

Even impending free agent Patrick Beverley is looking like he will have a strong chance to join the Bulls this offseason, and would easily become the team’s starter going into the coming season. Beverley isn’t exactly an All Star, but he offers a lot more than Dunn, overall.
If you didn’t already assume, I can tell you this: The Bulls would love to deal Dunn. They know they need an upgrade. Everyone knows.
