Chicago Bulls: Free agents to target from the 2019 NBA Finals

If the Chicago Bulls are looking to improve via free agency this summer, why not look at some of the players from this year’s NBA Finals?
Championship experience is one of the few things you cannot practice. It cannot be bought. Beyond skill, will or brains, championship experience is something which makes certain players much more valuable. For the Chicago Bulls, that is an area they currently lack — big time.
The 2019 NBA Finals are coming to a close shortly, and they will wrap up some of the more incredible, entertaining playoffs in recent memory. Obviously, the Bulls aren’t there, but no one expected them to be. If you’re a basketball fan, the playoffs have been just plain fun, regardless of whether or not your team made it in.
This coming season, though, the Bulls have a realistic shot at being a competitive team. There are a couple of holes needing to be filled (point guard, depth), and when that happens, I firmly believe they are a playoff team.
Chicago is going to have a hard time signing any key names in free agency, as usual. But, there are some guys from this year’s NBA Finals that would make a lot of sense for them — some more than others. What all of them have in common, of course, is championship experience.
Head coach Jim Boylen is going to be looking for tough, smart player this offseason who will fit his style of play. Having experience in the Finals sure helps, as well.
