1. Jose Abreu

Jose Abreu has been the best hitter on the White Sox for the last few seasons and one of the only guys they kept from before the rebuild began. He has stuck around and been a great veteran for the young players to look up to, and he has been a valuable asset to this organization. He stepped in to replace a White Sox legend in Paul Konerko and that wasn’t easy. With that said, he has done a great job.

Jose Abreu is one of the best offensive first basemen in the American League so there is a good chance that he makes it to the All-Star Game once again. This would be his third appearance as an All-Star and his second in as many years. You can tell that being a great baseball player is important to him and he has been very consistent in his career so far.

So far in 2019, he has 13 home runs, 42 RBIs, and a .263 batting average. These are likely all-star worthy numbers. He might even get the nod to start the game as he did in 2018. Whether or not he starts, he should be there to represent the White Sox.
