Quickest Fix

If none of steps one through four are completed this offseason, then the quickest fix for instilling trust from the fanbase would be cleaning house. This may have to include Jerry Reinsdorf. Definitely means both Gar Forman and John Paxson should step down or be let go. Bulls fans would be rejoicing in the streets if this were to happen.

The team needs to shake things up and that means starting at the top and working their way down to truly determine who should stay and who should go. A complete culture change needs to happen. If Benny the Bull is a problem, get rid of him too. No one is safe. From the front office down to the training staff, give them their walking papers.

This is extreme and would likely mean the team will be rebuilding for a few more years, but as a fan, I’d gladly take a couple of extra years of being at the bottom if it meant sustained success for the future. Having a competent front office is important for any team franchise, no matter the sport. This is all that I am asking for here.

I do not trust Paxson and/or Forman to follow my recipe. In fact, I trust them to continue to screw this team up and ruin the future of the franchise for years to come. Maybe, just maybe they will read this though. Maybe, they will finally wake up and understand what us fans want to see from the Bulls. Unfortunately, this is all wishful thinking and very unlikely to happen. Until something drastic changes at least we have other Chicago teams to root for these days.
