Seth Curry — Unrestricted

One of the areas the Bulls will have to improve in a big way, should they have any chance at a 2020 postseason berth, is on their bench. Chicago needs to add depth behind the starters, because right now, it is non-existent.

Seth Curry has proven to belong in the pros, after some may have questioned that fact early in his career. Obviously, being in the constant shadow of one of the greatest shooters in the history of the NBA — his brother Stephen Curry — makes things difficult from the get-go.

But, Curry has carved his own path and became an essential part of the Portland Trail Blazers this past season. He’s hit some big shots for the Blazers, and finished as one of the top three-point shooters in all of basketball this season. Curry finished the 2018-2019 regular season shooting a blazing 45.0 percent from beyond the arc, and carries a career percentage of 43.9 percent. That’s astounding.

To add firepower off the bench in the form of Curry would absolutely help. At this point, the Bulls could use anything when it comes to depth. Most agree the team won’t be able to add any big names in the coming years, therefore finding more underrated pieces like Curry will be essential to their future success.
