Chicago Bears players as Avengers: Endgame characters
Ryan Pace is Nick Fury
Every team needs to be put together the right way. You need the right mix of character, skill sets, and personalities. The Chicago Bears have that guy in Ryan Pace. He knows who he wants and he goes and gets them. When he wanted his quarterback, he went and got him. When he saw an opportunity to get one of the two best players on defense on the planet, he went and got him. He is definitely a guy who goes and gets the guys he needs to make his team the best it can be.
Nick Fury is the same way. When he found out that we were not alone in the universe, he knew that he would need to assemble Earth’s mightiest heroes. He went out and got his team put together with the perfect combination of strength and brains. Now, just like the 2019 Bears, they are about to face their biggest test yet. The hope is that Fury and Pace put together the right teams to get the job done.
Matt Nagy is Tony Stark/Iron Man
Matt Nagy and Tony Stark have so much in common. They are both the driving force of their respective teams. They both know how to get the best out of every situation. They both have also been known to take responsibility for their mistakes. When the Bears lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in the playoffs, Nagy took the blame and didn’t deflect any blame on one player even though it was clearly one person’s fault. Tony agreed to sign the Sokovia Accords when he realized that the team wasn’t perfect and needed to be watched.
In order to be a great leader, you need to know how to lead by example, be stern, and know how to get the best out of everything and everyone. Tony and coach Nagy have the ability to do that. Tony showed Peter Parker how to be a great man as Nagy does for his team. The impact that both of these guys have while at work and away from work is noticeable.
