There will be some talented prospects whom do not hear their name called. Which guys might go undrafted and find a home with the Chicago Bears?

We are approaching one of the most intriguing NFL Drafts for the Chicago Bears in recent memory. Fans are buzzing with excitement after the Bears shocked the football world in 2018, winning the NFC North and earning a trip to the playoffs. It didn’t end the way we would have liked, but the future is extremely bright for Matt Nagy and company.

Ryan Pace did a bang-up job last offseason attempting to turn the roster around in a matter of a couple of months, and it showed. Chicago was pegged to be the 2018 version of the Los Angeles Rams, and should they continue to follow L.A., this season it’s time for a Super Bowl run.

First up, though, is the 2019 NFL Draft, where Pace and his right hand men will do their best in limited fashion. By now, you probably know the Bears are picking with just five selections in this year’s draft. Their first pick doesn’t come until the third round at no. 87 overall, and they are without a sixth rounder as well.

With picks in the third, fourth, fifth and seventh (two) round, Pace is going to have to get creative in finding the right guys. Not only that, but like last year, he’ll have to take a long look at the undrafted free agent pool once the final pick is announced. In 2018, the Bears brought in cornerback Kevin Toliver, who ended up sticking around and earning a spot on the roster — even playing a little bit as well.

This year, there will be talented players who fail to get that long-awaited phone call. But, Pace will be hitting those phones immediately following the draft’s final pick. Which players might Pace be interested in, should they go undrafted? Let’s take a deep dive into some of these guys.
