With limited draft picks, the Chicago Bears look to strengthen a solid roster through free agency. Here are some potential free agents from the Buccaneers.

The Chicago Bears had a rough ending to last season, but it’s time to move forward. There’s still great potential for this team to go on a deep playoff run next season.

With kicker Cody Parkey set to be cut from the team when the new league year starts on Wednesday, I hope fans will move past the missed kick and focus on this team that has a chance to achieve greatness.

While much of the roster from last season will be returning next year, there are still some needs the Bears could stand to address through free agency.

The team’s first-round pick for this year’s draft belongs to the Oakland Raiders now after a blockbuster trade sent superstar linebacker Khalil Mack to the Bears shortly before the start of last season.

The team traded their second-round pick during the 2018 NFL Draft when they traded picks with the New England Patriots in order to move up to draft wide receiver, Anthony Miller.

Both of these trades proved to pay off for the Bears, with Mack having an enormous impact on the team. Miller improved steadily and play through injuries during last season.

While the Bears may not have draft picks, they do have a bit of cap space to utilize despite using a large chunk of it last offseason. It’s important that the Bears address the handful of improvements they need to make through free agency.

With all that being said, let’s take a look at three potential free agents the Bears could add from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
